A new Deftones album has been high on our wishlist for some time now, especially after learning that the band were in the studio last year. After all, it's been over four years since the release of their last record Gore, so the hype continues to build.
We managed to get some time with Chino Moreno while Deftones were in town for their 2017 Australian tour, so naturally we took him to the beach to have a chat about two of his favourite things: surfing and music.
Deftones' sixth album Diamond Eyes has officially turned 10 years old, and to celebrate, the band are holding a live listening party on their YouTube channel!
While we've been waiting for anything from the upcoming new Deftones record, drummer Abe Cunningham has given us the first small tease of things to come via an Instagram Live chat with fans that recently took place.
Deftones frontman Chino Moreno recently joined The Smashing Pumpkins on stage for their 30th anniversary show in New Jersey to perform the song 'Bodies'.
