Every year, Halloween always surprises us with some amazing costumes (see: Tool's Adam Jones as Dwight Schrute from The Office), but there's always some awesome metal covers of classic Halloween songs that pop up too.
This year, our favourite cover would have to be Nik Nocturnal's heavy rendition of 'This Is Halloween', which was originally written by Danny Elfman for the original 1993 release of The Nightmare Before Christmas, and later performed by Marilyn Manson for the film's 2006 soundtrack re-release.
Nik does an excellent job of showing off his shredding abilities while looking the Halloween part, while Austin Dickey, who you might recognise from a bunch of Jared Dines' videos, delivers some scathing vocals over the top.
Riffs, costumes and a banger of a tune. What more could you ask for?
