    When you think acoustic guitar, what's the first thing that comes to mind? We're gonna go out on a limb and guess it's probably not metal, right? 

    Well believe it or not, it's possible to play some heavy bangers using a semi-acoustic and some proper pedal effects as demonstrated by YouTuber Jared Dines.

    Using some video trickery to superimpose a clone of himself, it does start off pretty acoustic-sounding, but at the 40 second mark things get a little more interesting when Jared cranks the distortion and starts playing something that could easily be an August Burns Red track. Check it out:
