Breaking Benjamin guitarist Keith Wallen has just dropped a dreamy new for his latest solo single aptly titled 'Dream Away', which packs the anthemic punch of a Breaking Benjamin track while working in some synth textures, resulting in something similar to bands like Thrice.
The song was written with former Red Flames drummer Joe Rickard, with Keith telling Loudwire Nights:
“I think that we’ve all had kind of a tough year with everything happening in the world - COVID and everything. A lot of us were kind of left to our own devices for better for worse in our houses quarantining, so you’re kind of sitting their thinking, ‘Man, how do we get out of this? How do I escape this frame of mind?’ A lot of it was just bad news everyday for a while there and it was tough to take.”

Keith is no stranger to the solo game, having released an EP called Allies back in 2014 and five standalone singles since then. 'Dream Away' is the first single to be revealed from his upcoming solo album, which was recorded throughout 2020.
Meanwhile, Breaking Benjamin's other guitarist Jason Rauch has teamed up with Korn's Brian "Head" Welch to bring back Love And Death, who will be releasing their first album in six years on February 12!
