The singles are flowing in thick and fast for the alternative metal supergroup Love And Death, who are gearing up to drop their second album Perfectly Preserved this week on February 12!
Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch formed the band in 2012 as guitarist/lead vocalist, with Breaking Benjamin guitarist Jasen Rauch jumping on bass last year as a new permanent member.
Check out the new single 'The Hunter' below, which glides between ethereal verses and powerful choruses, with a nice and heavy bridge thrown in for good measure:
Perfectly Preserved will be the band's first release since their 2013 debut album Between Here & Lost. If you can't wait until Friday to hear the whole thing, you can take a listen to 'Down' and 'White Flag' to get yourself extra amped in the meantime!
Head says the band has evolved into something more than just his solo project, stating:
“COVID brought a lot of turmoil, but it brought a lot of time, so we jumped in and finished what we needed to finish. I feel like Love & Death — the narrative was it’s my solo deal. This project… it’s not a Head solo band, it’s a project that’s turned into something really great on this new record and I think people are really gonna feel that.”
