The under-construction Puskas Arena in Hungary has caused what may be one of the most hilarious bouts of noise pollution ever; according to a report by Euronews, surrounding residents reported that they were being kept awake all night on Monday by Rammstein's track 'Deutschland', which was left blaring out of the stadium's PA!
The owners of the arena also issued a public apology for the mishap via social media, which reads:
"There was an unpleasant noise from Monday to Tuesday which was caused by a technical error, according to the contractor. Necessary steps have been taken to ensure that such a case does not happen again. We are sure that the world-class arena, which will be ready by mid-November, and the new green land around it will make it up to the residents. We apologize to the residents of the surrounding streets for the inconvenience caused."
Honestly, we don't really see the problem here - everyone should get around a bit of Rammstein!
Listen to Rammstein now.
