New Zealand teenage trio Alien Weaponry are one of the bands we are most excited to see at Download Festival in a few weeks' time.
Until then, we'll stay hype with Radio New Zealand's new ten-part documentary called Alien Weaponry Shake Europe, which follows the band from the start of their 2018 European tour through 'til the end. It's a fascinating watch, and contains tons of awesome live footage on their first-ever trek throughout the continent.
One of their stops in Europe was the legendary Wacken Open Air, where they became the youngest band to ever play the festival. Plus, we learned that the parents of brothers Lewis De Jong (guitar/vocals) and Henry De Jong (drums) are also take on tour management and sound engineering duties for their sons' band!
You can find all ten parts in a YouTube playlist below:
If you can't make Download this year, the boys have just announced some sideshows in every other major Australian city:
All hail the next generation of metal!
