Vended, the new band that includes Griffin Taylor (son of Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor) and Simon Crahan (son of Slipknot founder/percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan), have uploaded footage of their first live show since their debut back in March.
The short set was played for Knotfest Presents: Pulse Of The Maggots Fest, where they ripped through a few songs at the Electric Theater. Every member plays really well considering they're still only teenagers, and it's actually pretty scary how much Griffin sounds like his dad (even the physical resemblance). Simon Crahan has got a lot of promise behind the kit himself, who no doubt has his dad to thank for his affinity with percussion.
Check it out below:
Griffin is a big fan of rock and metal, previously joining Corey on stage when he was 14 to sing Stone Sour's 'Song #3' - Corey also told Junkee that he was introduced by Babymetal to his enthusiastic son.
Vended are planning to release a debut EP - it'll be interested to hear what these guys will sound like recorded!
