Almost 25 years later, a new piece of Slipknot history has been uncovered with the band's very first demos from 1995 surfacing online, which feature original vocalist Anders Colsefni.
The demo found its way online with the following explanation:
"This is Slipknot's very first demo from 1995, it was only given to band members and close friends of the band. Every member drew their own artwork on each of these demos. Paul distributed a copy of this demo to a close friend of the band who owned it for 20 years. Note: Tracks 1 and 3 are the same from Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. but with a small difference on the mix."
The included tracks are 'Some Feel', 'Fur', 'Tattered and Torn' and 'Part of Me'.
It's obviously super raw, but a very interesting piece of heavy music history It goes for 12 minutes, and the whole thing can be heard below:
Slipknot are currently planning on releasing their 2008 All Hope Is Gone outtakes, titled Look Outside Your Window before the end of their current album cycle.
