    After 4 long years since Gojira's incredible 2016 record Magma, we finally have new material from the French metal titans in the form of 'Another World', and it was well worth the wait!


    Produced by the band's frontman Joe Duplantier and mixed by legendary producer Andy Wallace, 'Another World' comes with a gorgeous animated music video which shows the band members building a rocket ship before taking off and landing on a distant planet.


    Regarding the song, vocalist, guitarist, and producer Joe Duplantier says:

    “It is with great excitement that we’re presenting our new track ‘Another World.’  Ferdinand Magellan once said : ‘It is with an iron will that we’ll embark on the most daring of all endeavors, to meet the shadowy future without fear and conquer the unknown.’ Is humanity doomed, or will we survive nature’s wrath? Take a glimpse into our shadowy future by watching our take on 1968’s Planet Of The Apes… Another World!”

    It's another masterclass in groove metal from Gojira - feast your eyes and ears on it below:

     

    While 'Another World' is a standalone single, Gojira were in the studio back in late 2019, so it might not be too long before we have some more news on a bigger release. This will definitely tide us over until then!
