In a pretty surprising pair-up, it looks like demon/clown/whatever else/Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland and Travis Barker, who really needs no introduction, are in the studio making new music together.

Wes took to Instagram twice to announce that he has been hanging out with Travis for a couple of days at The Village recording studio in Los Angeles, and the two of them somehow smashed out a mind-boggling 7 tracks in just 12 hours.

No word as to what the name of the project is or even what it's going to sound like, but we'll definitely be keeping a close eye on this one!
