Post-hardcore titans Underoath have released a fascinating hour-long look into the process of bringing their latest album Erase Me to life just over a year ago in April of 2018.
Given that the record was their first in eight years following 2010's Ø (Disambiguation) and the first with founding drummer/vocalist Aaron Gillespie in a decade, the doco is some pretty essential viewing for any Underoath fans.
Even if you aren't, it's pretty incredible to see the band coming up with ideas for the album in real-time with producer Matt Squire, who has worked with a ton of post-hardcore bands in the past as well as pop stars like Ariana Grande.
It's a long watch, but there's a ton of introspective interview footage and studio time which makes it really interesting. Check it out:
