Stop what you're doing and get the lady from Bowling For Soup's 1985 on the landline because Dragonforce have just dropped a glam as hell video for Strangers.
The power metal maestros embrace their inner glam/hair metal god on the gloriously over the top video for the Exreme Power Metal track.
The video features the band going all in on the gimmick even going to the efforts of getting a hold of Steve Vai's guitars from his Whitesnake and David Lee Roth era runs to play, which adds a sense of hyper realism to an otherwise deliberately humourous homage to the glam metal days of yore.
Watch the video for Strangers below.
While the video for Strangers may be intended as a pisstake, Dragonforce's love and enthusiasm for the glam metal era remains obvious throughout the video and the album from which the track is lifted off of.
If this isn't enough nostalgic fun for the day, the rest of the album features more where this came from including a fittingly OTT cover of Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On. Check out a trailer for the record below!
