Trivium appear to be teasing something new over on their socials - the band have posted a mysterious two-and-a-half minute clip set in an eerie mist-laden forest, showing some surveillance cameras and a brief shot of vocalist Matt Heafy at the end, followed by the word 'CATASTROPHIST' and 'SOON'.
The caption on the post also says '2.27', which potentially means an imminent announcement of whatever is coming on Februrary 27.
Check it out below:
What do you think this all means? A new Trivium album? A single? The band's last album The Sin And The Sentence came out in 2017, so it's high time for something new.
The band have kept their output up in the interim, with releases of b-sides, a re-recording of their 2003 track 'Pillars of Serpents' and a couple of covers too.
Guess we'll find out very shortly either way!
