  • This is What Gojira Sounds Like with Banjos Instead of Guitars

    It's no secret that Gojira are one of the heaviest bands out there, but what happens when you hit 'em where it hurts and take away that thick guitar tone? Two of our favourite metal Youtubers Rob Scallion and Leo Morachiolli have joined forces to find out by replacing all guitars in the band's song 'The Heaviest Matter of the Universe' with banjo and double bass. As you might have guessed, it doesn't quite have the same oomph of the original, but the sound of Leo screaming over a chugging (not really) banjo is too good.
