Spiritbox have dropped a surprise three-track mini-EP Rotoscope and shared a Max Moore directed video for its title track.
Rotoscope sees the band bringing their unique spin to a more industrial, 90's alt-rock-tinged sound. Watch the video for the releases lead single Rotoscope below.
The other tracks on the Rotoscope release are Sew Me Up and Hysteria. Visualisers for these songs can be viewed below.
Rotosope drops as Spiritbox are fresh off of a run of incredible US festival performances and their first full US tour with Underoath. The band has now set about conquering the rest of the world, one jaw-dropping performance at a time. The band recently played what is already being referred to as a legendary set at Download Festival, UK and followed it with two completely sold-out shows at London's Islington Academy. The second of which saw the band joined by current America's Got Talent viral superstar, 10 year old Harper, who performed the band's break out hit, Holy Roller both as her audition for the TV show and live with the band in London.
Spiritbox's 2021 debut album Eternal Blue, one of our best albums of 2021 established them as one of the most prevalent and rapidly rising forces in modern music. Fronted by Courtney LaPlante, who also serves as one-half of the band’s primary songwriting duo with her husband, guitarist Michael Stringer, the band’s unique hybrid of metallic styles, paranormal-infused visual aesthetic and marketing nous have catapulted them to the brink of superstardom. Thanks to the strength of Holy Roller, Blessed Be, Constance and Circle With Me. Last year we spoke to vocalist Courtney LaPlante all about the band's rise to metal stardom.
