I don’t know about you, but all these bits and pieces that the boys ofSlipknot keep telling us about their next album is just making me more and more anxious about its release!

Corey TaylortoldARTISTdirectin a recent interview that“the stuff I’m writing right now is really dark. The stuffClown[Shawn Crahan, percussionist] is coming with is beyond. It’s going to be cool to get the alchemists in the same room and see what happens.”

In terms of some kind of timeline,Coreysaid: “We’re just getting demos together right now, and [we’re] hoping to get into the studio in the summer next year. So very soon we’re gonna start having stuff to get out to the people.”

At least it’s getting closer!
