    We knew this day would come eventually, but its still hard to believe it is actually happening. Slayer have announced they'll play one final world tour before calling it quits.

    The band announced their plans via a video on social media, and have announced Lamb Of God, Anthrax, Behemoth, and Testement as supports on the North American leg of the tour.

    Way back in 2016 Tom Araya hinted at the possibility of retirement, telling Loudwire "at 35 years, it's time to collect my pension".

    We don't have any information on Australian tour dates just yet, but fingers crossed the lineup is just as solid when the guys make it out here one last time.
