    System Of A Down vocalist Serj Tankian has been working on a new documentary called Truth To Power over the past couple of years, and it's now finally ready for a release on February 19, 2021!


    The film will shine a spotlight on Tankian's involvement with the 2018 Armenian revolution, while looking at how his activism affects his musical output. There will be exclusive interviews and Serj's own captured footage.


    It will also include appearances from his System Of A Down bandmates, producer Rick Rubin, Tom Morello and more.

    System Of A Down highlighted their ties to activism when they recently returned with their first new music in 15 years to draw attention to the violent 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.


    All proceeds from both songs 'Protect The Land' and 'Genocidal Humanoidz' were given to the Armenia Fund, providing humanitarian relief to their motherland. The band raised over $600,000 USD in just one week.
