The internet has found itself home to countless abominations of the mashup variety, some of which manage to amaze, disgust and make us laugh all at once.
This particular mashup of Limp Bizkit's 'Rollin' and Vanessa Carlton's 'A Thousand Miles' hits all three of those, where YouTuber oneboredjeu Mashup has placed the vocals of Fred Durst, DMX and Method Man right on top of the delicate piano of Vanessa Carlton's 2001 classic.
Should it work? Absolutely not. But it does - almost too well - and the resulting 'Rollin For A Thousand Miles' really is something to behold.
Unfortunately, there's no visual accompaniment to make it even better, but the quality of the mashup itself is already good enough to get away with it. Have a listen below:
It seems like 'A Thousand Miles' is a popular subject for mashup connoisseurs out there; who could forget its sublime fusion with Rage Against The Machine's 'Killing In The Name'!
Don't change, internet.
