Melbourne post-hardcore quartet The Motion Below are starting their 2020 off on a high, with the release of their new single 'Dead Ends' - premiering below!
It serves as the first of a two-part story about a man lost within himself, with this first half exploring the protagonist as he struggling to free himself from the chains of addiction, wondering how he found himself sinking into a bleak existence and ultimately resigning himself to his fate and slipping into madness.
The four-piece have previously garnered high praise for contrasting soaring cleans with fearsome heavies and 'Dead Ends' flaunts this style to the absolute best of the bands abilities.
The track was produced, mixed and mastered at The Loud Noise Estate, home to recordings of other Aussie heavyweights such as Polaris, BLKLST and Dealer.
