One of Australia's most exciting new heavy bands Faith In Lies are back with another monster of a metalcore jam called 'Burn Me'!
The band made a huge first impression with their debut track 'I Can't Close My Eyes' earlier in 2020, but with the addition of second vocalist James Greig (initial vocalist Dan Greig's brother), Faith In Lies have taken their gimmick and bullshit-free brand of metalcore to a new level.
'Burn Me' strikes a beautiful yin yang of heavy riffs and melodic choruses, taking cues from some of the most beloved and established bands in the genre like As I Lay Dying and Killswitch Engage.
If you missed the tune's debut on Triple J's The Racket last night, you can catch the music video below before it officially releases on Friday, October 2:
Faith In Lies formed earlier in 2020 with members based in and around the Newcastle region, and despite the difficulties of starting a new band in the midst of a pandemic, these guys are killing it. Definitely a band we'll be waiting to catch live once everything finally goes back to normal!
You can follow them on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with any new happenings.
