It's only been a year since Of Mice & Men dropped their fifth studio album Defy, but they're already back with a new single called 'How To Survive', a heavy track which stirs up some vibes from their earlier album The Flood.

Defy was the band's first album without Austin Carlile at the helm, after he left to focus on healing from his complications with Marfans disease - a rare fibrostic connective tissue disorder causing him a lot of pain.
'How To Survive' will be part of the band's upcoming sixth album which they've begun to work on with producer Josh Wilbur (The Amity Affliction, Parkway Drive).
