We're always up for a good new bit of Aussie metal, so it was a nice surprise when Brisbane's She Cries Wolf dropped a big new single yesterday in the form of 'Magdalene', which is the first material from the guys since January 2018 when they dropped their last single 'Cultist'.
Giving off some Stray From The Path vibes with a pinch of Polaris, the track is a really aggressive and discordant effort which has got us pitting in our chairs. It also features guest vocals from none other than The Amity Affliction's Ahren Stringer! Check it out below:
Ahren says he was stoked to be on the track:
"I was really stoked that the guys from She Cries Wolf asked me to be a part of this track - I recorded my parts at my house and sent them to the guys. It was sick, I just sung in my wardrobe for an hour and a half!"
She Cries Wolf have released two albums to date, with their second record Doubt coming out in 2016.
