Hobart's tech death veterans Psycroptic have been going for almost 20 years now, and they're not slowing down in the slightest with the announcement of their seventh album As The Kingdom Drowns which will be out on November 2 via Prosthetic Records.
In tandem with this announcement, they've also released an absolutely huge new song called 'We Were The Keepers', which takes their intense sonic hurricane to the next level thanks to a stellar mixing job from Will Putney (Every Time I Die, Body Count, Fit For An Autopsy). Check it out below!
Vocalist Jason Peppiatt says of the album:
“As always with this band we wanted it to have the distinctive sound of a Psycroptic album but wanted to push ourselves further with adding new elements and having a darker vibe than on previous releases. I think we achieved our goal and this is something we are all very proud of!”
Listen to Psycroptic now.
