In case you somehow missed it, Lamb Of God guitarist Mark Morton is gearing up to release his debut solo album, which features a metric shit-ton of guests across its tracks.
He's already released two singles - 'The Truth Is Dead' with Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe and Arch Enemy's Alissa White-Gluz, and 'Cross Off', the stunning collaboration with Linkin Park's Chester Bennington which was his last known recording before passing away in 2017.
Before the album (titled Anesthetic) drops on March 1, he's revealed another new single called 'Save Defiance', which features Alter Bridge vocalist Myles Kennedy, Alice In Chains bassist Mike Inez and Korn drummer Ray Luzier.
It's a huge lineup in every sense, and Myles Kennedy's voice gives the song some big Alter Bridge vibes. Have a listen:
This is actually shaping up to be a really solid album with each track so far sounding distinctly unique. Keep an eye out for it on streaming platforms at the start of March, and you can also pre-order the CD at JB Hi-Fi if physical is your thing.
