This year marks the 20th anniversary of Linkin Park's iconic debut album Hybrid Theory, and as part of the celebrations, vocalist Mike Shinoda, DJ Joe Hahn and bassist Phoenix took to YouTube to hang out on a livestream as they watched never before seen footage of an LP show from 2001 and reminisced together.
The show sees the band running through a set which only contained Hybrid Theory tracks, including the 1999 Hybrid Theory EP song 'And One'.
It's pretty powerful and surreal listening to the guys talk about their late vocalist Chester Bennington, who passed away at his residence in July 2017.
Have a watch below:
Hybrid Theory wasn't an immediate smash hit upon its release, only debuting at #29 on the Billboard 200 with 50,000 first week sales. However, it quickly caught fire and gained a mass following to become one of the highest-selling albums of all time with 27 million worldwide sales to date.
Linkin Park haven't performed together since Chester's death, and there still hasn't been any word on the future of the band as of right now.
Listen to Linkin Park's 'Hybrid Theory' now.
