There have been rumours floating in the air of a new Limp Bizkit album for so long now that we weren't even sure it would ever happen. But lo and behold, guitarist Wes Borland has taken to Instagram to confirm that the band will be entering the studio in a week's time to actually start recording!
Borland stated that they were already meant to be in the studio but after the devastating Californian wildfires, not only did they lose a bunch of gear, but it was all located in vocalist Fred Durst's house which burned down in the process. Brutal.
The Instagram post also shows a short clip of Borland noodling on a guitar which may or may not be new Bizkit material.
Will we finally be getting the mythical Stampede Of The Disco Elephants album we've wanted for so long? We'll keep you updated!
