    Viscera Infest are a Japanese goregrind band which formed way back in 1999, and have released two albums since then. With song titles such as ''PARACOCCIDIOIDOMICOSIS-
    PROCTITISSARCOMUCOSIS'     and 'Diffuseintrinsicpontnebrainstemgli-
    oma(DIPG)PlacentalSiteTrophoblasticgnathopalatoschisiserosivegastritisoccultmaculardystrophy-
    schistoglossismyxoedemaempyesisuremicpne-
    umoniasphingolipidosisglioblastom'     (take a deep breath), they're definitely a band that stray into more bizarre territory.

    They've also invented this amazing new form of moshing called "cockroach mosh", which started off in in Japan and was brought to Maryland Deathfest in America a couple of months ago.

    Yep, turns out a whole bunch of people lying on their backs and kicking their feet around like a cockroach looks really silly. But, it also looks like heaps of fun. Check out the insectoid mayhem below!

    All hail your new cockroach overlords! We're not game enough to try this around anyone else so we'll just have to wait until Viscera Infest tour Australia.
