Fans of metalcore heavy-hitters ERRA have a lot to cheer about today, with the band announcing a self-titled fifth album will be arriving on March 19!
While the band's previous two singles 'Snowblood' and 'House Of Glass' will all be on the new record, ERRA have been gracious enough to drop a third new track called 'Divisionary' in tandem with the album announcement.
It carries the signature pulsing rhythm ERRA have carved out in their sound driven by intricate guitar work, deep melody, and the classic two-pronged vocal attack that uses both harsh and clean vocals to great effect.
Check out the eye-popping video that comes with it below:
Guitarist/vocalist Jesse Cash says of the new jam:
“It’s a song about our relationship to technology. The song is pretty on the nose and intentionally a bit tongue-in-cheek. It creates a sort of campy parallel between our phones and religion. In the song, technology is God and we are all zealous fanatics of the service it provides, which is distraction from our immediate realities, which is presence.”
