Brisbane's brutal death metal titans Disentomb are kicking off 2021 in bleak style, with a desolate new stand-alone single called 'Broken Under Your Symbol of Atonement', which might be some of the most complete material the band have released since forming back in 2009.
The band is also confident in the new track, with vocalist Jord James stating:
“Our new single ‘Broken Under Your Symbol of Atonement‘ is our most accomplished work to date, expanding on the dissonant sounds we released on The Decaying Light and Misery. Since forming in 2009 we have had the goal of writing music we want to hear, which has developed over the years into a distinctive style of atmospheric and bleakened Brutal Death Metal and that can certainly be heard on this new single.”
