    Umbra Vitae

    A heavy new supergroup fronted by Converge vocalist Jacob Bannon has surfaced with their debut track and a huge lineup of members.


    The band, called Umbra Vitae, also includes drummer Tim Rice (ex-Job for a Cowboy, Uncle Acid), guitarists Mike McKenzie (The Red Chord, Wear Your Wounds, Stomach Earth) and Sean Martin (ex-Hatebreed, Wear Your Wounds, Twitching Tongues), along with bassist Greg Weeks (The Red Chord, Labor Hex).

    'Return to Zero' is a caustic blend of death metal and metalcore, and should definitely be checked out below:

    The band will be releasing their debut album Shadow Of Life digitally on May 1, with a physical release coming later in 2020!
