  • Check Out Skillet Frontman's Heavy New Project 'Fight The Fury'

    Skillet's vocalist John Cooper has launched a new project called Fight The Fury, simultaneously releasing their debut song 'My Demons' and announcing their first EP Still Breathing, which will be out on October 26.

    The band also includes Skillet guitarist Seth Morrison, along with drummer Jared Ward and guitarist John Panzer III.

    Cooper released this statement about the project:

    "Fight The Fury is for all of the fans out there who like the heavy side of Skillet, but want a super heavy album. I hope they feel the emotion of the songs that we have put together because this project is for them."

    'My Demons' feels familiar with Cooper's voice at the front, but the song itself is heavier and grittier than anything we've heard from him before. Check out the track below and let us know what you think!
