Ocean Grove have shared a nu-metal-inspired new single My Disaster. Released today under their recently launched label Oddworld Records, My Disaster arrives accompanied not only by an official video, but by the news that the beloved Aussie band have signed a deal with SharpTone Records for markets outside of Australia.
Sydney metalcore powerhouse Polaris have announced a tour of regional Australia with support from Ocean Grove, Bloom and Inertia. Kicking off in Cairns on June 27, Polaris will electrify stages across Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, closing out on July 28 in Frankston.
Presented by Aussie Nu-Metal progressives Ocean Grove, AMPT will raise money for Support Act. The stacked lineup also features Sydney's Yours Truly, Brisbane's rock group Young Lions, Aboriginal lead indie punk band Chasing Ghosts, cinematic rock outfit Hevenshe, Melbourne's cosmic groove Squid Nebula and a DJ Afterparty Set by Adult Art Club.
With so many new metal releases dropping every week, it can be hard to know what to listen to, so we've taken it upon ourselves to do the heavy lifting, sorting the 'hell yeah' from the 'hell meh' you don't have to.
