French metal titans Gojira shocked the world over the weekend, teaming up with opera singer Marina Viotti for an unforgettable performance at the 2024 Olympic Opening Ceremony in Paris. The formidable quartet from Ondres, Landes and Viotti performed a punishing rendition of the French Revolutionary anthem Ah! Ça Ira, outside of Conciergerie Palace. In a new interview,singer-guitarist Joe Duplantier has reflected on the instantly iconic moment and revealed how it all came together in the first place.
- Announced overnight the sideshows for Good Things Festival 2023 will see massive headline shows from Limp Bizkit, Corey Taylor, Behemoth, Sepultura, Enter Shikari, DEVO, Taking Back Sunday, Pennywise, PVRIS and more.

- Today marks the 25th anniversary of the release of The Living End's iconic self-titled debut full-length. Released on the 12th of October 1998, The Living End has gone on to become the second-highest-selling debut by an Australian rock band, reaching 5x platinum status in Australia alone.
