Kelly Clarkson has delivered a killer live cover of blink-182's megahit All The Small Things live on US TV.
The American Idol winner turned bonafide '00s pop star most famous for the pop-punk inspired Since U Been Gone used the 'Kellyoke' segment of her US talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show to bust out the blink-182 classic, causing a stir both in-studio and online as the world's of early'00s pop and pop-punk collided in spectacular style. Watch the performance below.
It's yet another example of how everything '00s in new again and comes hot off the heels of blink-182's reunion with Tom DeLonge. The first song to feature the classic lineup of Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, since 2012, the playful mid-tempo pop-punk Edging dropped in October, with a hotly anticipated Australian tour also announced at the time, that tour has promptly soldout shows in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth with multiple additional dates required to meet demand in several cities.

The Clarkson cover also continues the blurring of the lines between the pop and pop-punk, a phenomenon that blink-182 drummer has played an integral role in pushing, having worked with several pop acts, including playing a major role in the return of Clarkson's fellow 00s pop starlet Avril Lavigne.
Lavigne dropped her seventh full-length album, Love Sux via Travis Barker's DTA Records earlier this year. A modern pop record infused with a distinct pop-punk flavour, Love Sux sees Avril collaborating with the likes of Barker, blackbear, Mark Hoppus, Mod Sun, Machine Gun Kelly and producer to the pop-punk stars, John Feldmann, culminating in a record tailor-made to soundtrack a whole new generation of defiance and heartbreak while providing elder millennials with a little pop nostalgia to bask in. Lavigne was also joined by Travis Barker and blackbear for a live performance of Love It When You Hate Me on Jimmy Kimmel Live! check it out below.
