    Melbourne's Polaris have had a meteoric rise to the top of the heavy music world over the last 18 months; after signing to Resist Records (Parkway Drive, Carpathian, Break Even), the band released their debut LP The Mortal Coil and proceeded to sell out their entire headline tour around Australia. Now they're currently touring the US with Parkway Drive, August Burns Red and The Devil Wears Prada. Geez!

    During a recent festival in Quebec Canada, they recruited August Burns Red's shredder JB Brubaker to learn their song 'Casualty' and play it with them live. Super cool that such a traveled dude took the time to get tight with our boys! Check out the footage below:

    Polaris will also be bringing The Devil Wears Prada and Gideon back with them for another Aussie headline tour in November, before jetting off in 2019 with Architects and Beartooth on a European arena tour! It's safe to say they're one of our most promising exports and we can't wait to see how far they go.
