    This is it, folks - Tool have officially unveiled that their new album is called Fear Inoculum, and it is indeed coming out on August 30!

    The band announced it via Instagram, stating that the album art, lead track and pre-order info would be coming soon and thanking us "for our patience". You're goddamn right we've been patient!

    Furthermore, it appears as though the entire Tool catalogue will be making its way to all streaming platforms as of this Friday, so that's something else to look forward to.

    After all the red herrings and troll tactics from frontman Maynard James Keenan, we won't believe it until the copy is sitting physically in our hands. But from the looks of things, it really is happening - if you can't wait another few weeks for some recorded material, you can watch their live debut of two new songs 'Invincible' and 'Descending' from a couple of months ago.
