It's that time of the year again, Halloween is upon us and all around the world people are dutifully getting into the spirit of the spooky season in whichever ways they can. This is especially true in Halloween central, the United States of America. For many in the metal world, Halloween seems to double-up as 'our' holiday, so it is perhaps unsurprising to learn that one American metalhead has gone 'all-in' this Halloween to bring Avenged Sevenfold's Nightmare to life.
Avenged Sevenfold fan/YouTuber Charlie Ray has built an epic Halloween light display, sequenced to Avenged Sevenfold's hit Nightmare that turns the front yard of their typically enormous American suburban home into a spectacular fusion of sight and sound that puts a beatdown on suburban boredom.
Ray even created a hyper-local FM radio frequency so that passers-by can tune it and experience the light show as intended, soundtracked by A7X.

In what can only be described as a dream outcome for Charlie Ray, his efforts have been acknowledged by the house of the death bat themselves, with Avenged Sevenfold tweeting their approval.
