Metalcore band The Ghost Inside have not had an easy past couple of years by an stretch of the imagination; in 2015, the group's tour bus collided with an 18-wheeler which killed both bus drivers and left the band's members in a critical condition and all members are still recovering from their serious injuries.
Drummer Andrew Tkaczyk lost his right leg in the incident, which makes the news that he will be releasing his solo EP Coma Visions under his new project One Decade all the more inspiring. Andrew has documented his road to recovery on YouTube, where through sheer will he eventually made it back onto a kit using a basic contraption hooked up to his knee to play the kick drum.
According to The PRP, Tkaczyk describes it as instrumental djent/metal and will be released online "soon", while the artwork can be seen below.
Given his track record writing songs for For The Fallen Dreams and The Ghost Inside, we can't wait to hear this EP - if even just for the incredible fact that it exists.
