Royal Blood have announced a 2023 Australian tour. Announced on the same day as their slot atop the Let The Good Things Roll festival lineup, the celebrated UK duo will play six headline shows across Australia and New Zealand this December, with shows taking place in Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne Adelaide and Perth.
Psychedelic Porn Crumpets and The Buoys will handle support duties down under, while the sole New Zealand show will see Royal Blood joined by locals Racing and Elliott & Vincent.
Speaking in a statement about the tour, Royal Blood indicated they are excited to return to Australian shores for the first time since 2018.
“We’re incredibly excited to be announcing these shows in Australia and New Zealand in December this year,we haven’t toured over there since 2018, so we can’t wait to get back out there. It’s been far too long.”
The tour comes in support of their most recent full-length Back To The Water Below which dropped last Friday via Warner.
Tickets for all shows go on sale on Monday, 11 Septmeber at 3 pm local time via Frontier Touring. A Frontier Touring members pre-sale is also on offer and commences tomorrow, Thursday 7 Septmber at 3 pm local time. Ticket details and pre-sale sign-ups can be found here.
