    In a recent interview with Hellbound, Philip H. Anselmo And The Illegals guitarist Mike DeLeon announced that the band are planning an Australian tour in March 2019! Taken from the interview, he stated:

    We’re gonna be headed to South America through mid-January and mid-February. Then we’re gonna come home and then we got some more stuff lining up in Australia in March.

    It's very possible that they will be included in a second announcement for Download Festival, which is also scheduled to go ahead in March, so hopefully an official announcement will clear things up soon.

    Of course, vocalist Phil Anselmo has existing ties with Australian heavy music, even recently inviting King Parrot frontman Matt Young on stage to perform Pantera's 'I'm Broken' while the two bands toured together in the US.
