    Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan has once again taken to social media to assert claims that the hugely-anticipated new Tool album is tracked and ready for a mid-year release are all "horseshit".

    Nergal from Behemoth yesterday posted that he'd seen a live rehearsal of songs from the new album, after Tom Morello posted on Instagram back in December that he'd also heard the record.

    Yet another setback for fans who have been waiting a casual 12 years for new Tool material. On the plus side, Maynard hinted at some big A Perfect Circle news coming in the next week so beggars can't be choosers.
