Lorna Shore have unleashed the scorching new single Cursed To Die.
The latest preview of their forthcoming full-length Pain Remains, Cursed To Die sees the band embrace melodic death vibes that give the track a distinct anthemic quality. As always with Lorna Shore though, everything on Cursed To Die moves at a blistering pace, with the only respite from the onslaught a massive breakdown. The sweeping solo that kicks in around the four minute mark adds further to the melo death elements, differentiating it from previous singles Sun//Eater and Into The Earth.
We've been keep a close eye on the lead up to Pain Remains with To The Hellfire from last years ...And I Return To Nothingness was one of 30 best metal songs of 2021, while Sun//Eater fired up our Friday Fire on the day of release. The band also featured in our 'Best Of Blegh' feature for the 'blegh' unleashed in Accumalatory Genophage.
If after listening, you're pondering what the inside of the throat of Will Ramos, the man unleashing those ungodly screams looks like, then you're in luck, with the band providing a video showing exactly that on YouTube recently via The Charismatic Voice.
