US metalcore band Like Moths To Flames have just dropped a complete belter with their new single 'Habitual Decline', which is the first taste of things to come from their upcoming fifth record No Eternity In Gold!
The leading track is a heavy tour de force, punctuated with moments of clean singing to make the listening experience a dynamic and satisfying one.
Check it out below:
The band's vocalist Chris Roetter explains that the song:
“...encapsulates a lot of what I’ve been trying to convey in my lyrics since the band started. Sometimes you give your all and you feel like you’ve got nothing left. That echoes through a lot of what I try to do and accomplish, even outside of the band. This is kind of a ‘shedding skin’ feeling for me. Moving on and just accepting that I’m where I’m at and dealing with it."
You can pre-order the new album here before it releases via UNFD on October 30!
No Eternity In Gold will follow up the band's last record Dark Divine in 2017, while they also released an EP last year titled Where The Light Refuses To Go.
