More details about Jonathan Davis' debut solo album have surfaced in an interview he recently gave on the 2 Hours With Matt Pinfield podcast. According to Davis the as-yet-titled album will be released on May 25 through Sumerian Records and is basically completed.
“I just finished it last night actually. I’ve still been working on it. I’ve been working on songs being mixed, so the last song I finished last night. It’s being mixed today and it’ll be done.”
Aside from the release of a music video for his first single What It Is, details surrounding other tracks, artwork and titles are pretty sparse. With his North American solo tour kicking off in just a few weeks though it's a pretty safe bet that some more info will drop soon.
Davis had previously released "solo" material and toured with his band the SFA's (Simply Fucking Awesomes) but this will be the first album under his name alone.
