Hollywood actor Jason Momoa (Aquaman, Game Of Thrones) has been very vocal about his love for metal music in the past, but he's now used the genre to help him out with his acting in the new sci-fi AppleTV+ series called See.
Momoa hand-picked the vocalist of technical death metal band Archspire (whose show he has been spotted at before), Oli Aleron, to coach him in gutturals for a scene where his character Baba Voss issues a rousing battlecry in the first episode of the show.
Peters has become renowned for his rapid-fire growls which sit tightly with the band's whirlwind instrumentation. Have a listen below for an example:
Aleron ended up appearing in the episode as an extra, and posted a clip of his time with Momoa to his Instargram:
You can watch See through Apple TV+, which has a free 7-day trial before costing $7.99 per month.
