Grey Daze, the original band of former Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington, have officially announced the record they have been working on with Chester's posthumous vocal tracks - it's titled 'Amends' and is due for release on April 10.


Following on from the release of the track 'What's In The Eye', which featured vocals from a very young Bennington, they've now given us some more of his re-mastered vocals with the new recording of 'Sickness', which originally appeared on their 1997 album ...No Sun Today.


The band's drummer Sean Dowdell explains what 'Sickness' is about, saying:

“This is loosely based on a true story from when Chester was 15-years-old. He was being bullied at school and one day suffered a real beating. That was the day I assumed a role as protector and almost older brother figure to Chester that has lasted since, even after his passing.”

Grey Daze and Chester had been planning on reforming the band before Bennington's passing in July 2017, and the band continued on to create 'Amends' with the approval of Chester's widow Talinda Bennington and his parents alike.
