After teasing multiple studio updates over the last few months, we knew Disturbed were working on something new, but the band have confirmed via Instagram that they have finished tracking whatever it is they have up their sleeves.
Working with producer Kevin Churko (Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach), the previous teasers have shown a mix of both solely acoustic and heavy material, so it's possible that they've been simultaneously recording a new studio album and the acoustic EP that the band has been talking about for a while. At the very least, it's probably safe to say we'll have a new release by the end of the year!
It will be the band's first output since their 2015 album Immortalized and their wildly-successful standalone cover of Simon & Garfunkel's iconic 'The Sound of Silence'.
