    The next phase in the evolution of Code Orange has arrived. The Pittsburgh metal heroes have released a new single, the nu-metal-and-alt-rock-infused Take Shape featuring Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan. 

    The lead single from their newly announced full-length The Above, Take Shape sees the band venture into new sonic territory, embracing their more alt-rock and nu-metal sides to create a widescreen anthem destined to be blasted in rock clubs. The Corgan feature blends seemlessly with the new musical direction and points to a drastically different record to 2020's Underneath.

    Self-produced by vocalist Jami Morgan and guitarist Eric 'Shade' Balderose, with engineering from '90s scene demigod Steve Albini,  The Above will arrive on September 29th via new label Blue Grape Music.
